Carers

Are you a Carer?

Do you provide unpaid support to a partner, relative, friend or neighbour who couldn’t cope without your help?

It is estimated that 10% of the UK population provide unpaid support to someone close to them.

We are trying to identify and provide the appropriate support to any of our patients who this may apply to.

If you are looking after someone who couldn’t cope without your help, we really would like you to let us know, so that we can ensure you
receive all the support and information we can give, on topics such as benefit entitlement, access to respite care or maybe simply being there to provide a kindly ear when things get too much.
