Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The Care Quality Commission (also known as CQC) monitor, inspect and regulate health and social care services and publish what they find and their ratings to help people choose care.

They make inspection visits to service providers in order to talk to staff and people who use services. Site visits also mean they can observe care and to look at people’s records to see how their needs are managed.

Towcester Medical Centre has recently had an inspection visit from the CQC and we’re proud to say that the medical centre was found to be GOOD in all areas.
